PROFILE

An experienced Veterinary Surgeon from a mixed general practice background dealing extensively with all the common species on a daily basis with a heavy expert witness caseload with great practical experience in providing written and oral evidence for use in court in relation to all manner of legal matters involving animals, working in combination with both prosecution and defence teams.

Equity Partner in the Brownlow Veterinary Group acting as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon providing day to day veterinary services to our many clients through 3 centres in all of the domesticated species.

Veterinary Associate with the Brownlow Veterinary Group providing day to day veterinary services to the clients of the practice.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Since 2002 I have been accepting instructions to act as an expert witness in animal welfare related investigations. During this time I have built my expert witness practice up to cover the whole of England and Wales and will produce in excess of 75 reports this year as a result of well over 100 investigations. This makes me one of the most experienced veterinary expert witnesses in the field. As a result of these reports I also have extensive experience giving evidence in court.
